Teaching Better Baseball

This is a great shot of Tony Gwynn Jr's hands and arms as he connects for a home run in a spring training game.  Even after contact you can see his arms have not yet truly extended, the arms still uncoiling after their immediate contact with the ball.

What is also great to see is the hands coming through palm up/palm down, chin on back shoulder as the backside pushes through contact.

The result?  A home run swing!
